Patient Participation Group

We now have a Patient Participation Group (PPG) so that you can have your say. The core group meet at the surgery every other month but if you prefer not to participate in the bi-monthly meetings, you will still be asked some questions from time-to-time, such as what you think about our opening times or the quality of the care or service you may have received. We have a varied, representative group and - if selected - we will periodically contact you via e-mail with short surveys to complete.

We currently have around fifty patients registered with the PPG but are always happy to see more patients signing onto the Patient Participation Group even if you do not want to participate in the meetings.  Young people, workers, retirees, people with long term conditions and people from all walks of life are welcome to join.

If you are happy for us to contact you occasionally by email please click the link below to open the sign-up form and complete all the fields.  This form will be sent via the NHS secure e-mail system to the surgery.
